Making an appointment: Appointment are preferred. To make an appointment, click on "Make an Appointment" on the left-hand side of this page. Appointment dates that are full will not be shown on the online scheduling system. Only open slots are able to be selected. While appointments are preferred, each clinic will also be open to walk-ins. Please see our walk-in policy below.

Walk-in policy: Walk-ins will be accepted only if time permits (i.e. if there is a cancellation or open appointment, or if we have extra volunteers). If you come to a clinic without an appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to prepare your return that day. If you do walk-in, please come at one of our listed appointment times. We will not accept any walk-ins within 1 hour of our closing time. If possible, please make an appointment.

Other tax prep options: You may log on to our FREE website to file your taxes on your own (see the bottom of this page for more information).

Arrive on time: The estimated standard time for preparing a return is 1.5 hours. Please arrive on time or early for your appointment to ensure that we will have sufficient time to prepare your return. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to give your appointment to a walk-in.
