Thanks for your interest in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program at the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Law!
The VITA chapter of the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Law seeks to provide free income tax assistance to low and middle-income taxpayers in Chapel Hill and Carrboro, North Carolina.
Our membership is open to all faculty and students who wish to participate. To prepare tax returns, members are required to pass the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) certification tests.
