The Transactional and Corporate Law Association (TCLA) seeks to create opportunities for Carolina Law students to gain exposure to transactional and corporate law. TCLA provides a variety of practical benefits, tools, and skills for students to succeed both during law school and when transitioning to professional practice. Throughout the year, TCLA hosts events and workshops where students gain expert advice from attorneys at top firms both within and outside of North Carolina on a range of practice areas within the ambit of transactional and corporate law.
