Fellow Classmates,

I hope you are all enjoying the change to cooler weather as we continue into the second half of this semester. This newsletter contains information about some of the big events sponsored by the SBA and other groups that will be going on in the next few weeks. Please look through and read about the events that interest you. To see what else has been going on with the SBA, be sure to check the website ( As always, if you ever have any questions about the SBA or ideas to improve the experience here at UNC Law, feel free to let me or any of the SBA representatives know. Good luck to all of you in the remainder of this semester.

Law School Halloween Party

The 3L class will be hosting the annual UNC Law Halloween Party this year on October 31 at East End on Franklin Street. The bar will be admitting Carolina Law students and their guests from 8 p.m. to midnight for a $5 cover that will go to the 3L Class Fund. After midnight there will still be a cover, it just won't go to the law school. East End will have plenty of drink specials and traffic will be shut down on Franklin St around 9, so come early and support the 3Ls!
