Law Students Against Sexual and Domestic Violence serves as the UNC School of Law home for students interested in advocating for survivors through direct legal representation, policy action, or research. We provide various opportunities to connect students to attorneys working with survivors and to learn about sexual and domestic violence as it relates to the law.

Upcoming Events

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month!

In honor of domestic violence awareness month, LSASDV will be tabling domestic violence awareness ribbons and resources in the rotunda from 1pm-2pm every Tuesday and Thursday throughout October. If you can't make it to the tabling, we've also posted resources and candy on the free speech board!  

Stop by and learn more about how you can provide support to who have or currently are experiencing domestic violence.

Ex Parte Project:

Sign up by September 14th to attend the Ex Parte Project Training! Please indicate on the sign up if you have any dietary restrictions, as dinner will be included:

Training will take place on September 19th from 6-8pm in room 5046.
