Environmental Law Symposium

Each year the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Law holds an Environmental Law Symposium for attorneys from across North Carolina as part of the Law School's annual Festival of Legal Learning. Under the guidance of UNC Law Professors Victor Flatt, Donald Hornstein, and Maria Savasta-Kennedy, ELP members prepare short papers exploring current topics in environmental law, with a particular focus on North Carolina. These papers inform the symposium presentations and are included in the packet received by symposium attendees.
