Exam Care Packages!!!
Everyone knows law school is stressful, and exam time can be excruciating. Students study day and night for weeks, and, it's true, sometimes we even forget to eat a square meal! Help take the load off someone you know in school with a homemade care package full of all of those little things we need to help get us through the day.
Care packages are created by student volunteers-so you know it's gonna be full of the right stuff!
Our $25 packages will include:

All proceeds go to funding summer grants for students working in non-paying internship with government and non-profit law agencies, including:
District Attorney and Public Defender offices, Legal Aid, The Nature Conservancy, Amnesty International, Environmental Law Centers, the ACLU, Domestic Violence Advocacy Projects, Disability Law Organizations, Health and Education Advocacy Non-Profits, and more!
Keeping Track of Volunteer Hours
To log volunteer hours, be sure to email carolinapublicinterest@gmail.com after each time you volunteer with CPILO. In the subject heading, include something like "Volunteer Hours," and then write a brief description of what you did, how long it took, and include any comments you might have. Claire Sauls is our Volunteer Coordinator, and she will be keeping track of these hours. Remember, volunteering with CPILO will help your chances of getting a public interest grant!
