Deciding where to live in a new city can be tough. If you haven't found a place yet for the fall semester, there are several options:

  1. This year the Office of Admissions is sponsoring a Roommate Referral program. Here's how it works: Every Monday, starting the end of May, the Admissions office will send an e-mail containing contact information for other law students who are also looking for roommates. This list includes 2L and 3L students as well as incoming 1Ls. So that this process can be as comprehensive as possible, please funnel your roommate searches through the Admissions Office process rather than this CLA housing message board.
  2. There is also a Housing Discussion Board on Facebook Group: Carolina Law Class of 2014 https://www.facebook.com/groups/114832175264518/?ap=1, which you can use to find roommates, as well as ask questions about different places to live.

Craigslist (Raleigh) has ads for roommates, sublets and apartment rentals in the Chapel Hill area: http://raleigh.craigslist.org.
