Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) The EFF is a nonprofit public interest group that advocates for consumers and the public regarding issues of free speech and other civil liberties in the electronic world.

LexisNexis Intellectual Property podcast This short podcast discusses current IP legal news and is released every few weeks.

LexisNexis law links These are sections of LexisNexis that deal with the three main IP law areas.

Slashdot Slashdot is a huge technology news site with lots of contributors and an enormous community. It has a strong lean towards freedom of information.

Slashdot YRO ("Your Rights Online")This part of Slashdot's site offers tons of news on electronic free speech issues.

Techdirt From Techdirt's "About" page: "The Techdirt group blog uses a proven economic framework to analyze and offer insight into news stories about changes in government policy, technology and legal issues that affect companies' ability to innovate and grow."

Wired Politics Wired.com is related to Wired print magazine and owned by the same company. It's got lots of daily technology news stories. This link is to the politics section of the site and can be further filtered by the tags "Law," "Online Rights," and "Security."
